National Accounts Manager – UK & Ireland, Agrial Fresh Produce Ltd, trading as Florette UK & Ireland based at Lichfield, Circa £45,000

About Agrial Fresh Produce

Since 1999 Florette has been trading in the UK & Ireland and working hard to gain success and are now one of the UK’s leading producers and distributors of pre-packed ready to eat salads and vegetables. Through acquisitions we have grown to 4 UK sites and have recently renamed as Agrial Fresh Produce Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage effectively designated accounts relationships and commercial performance at all times.
  • Develop optimised sales volumes, value and profitability in accordance with set objectives and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain the most effective relationship with customers.
  • Plan and execute with precision promotional activity internally and with external customers.
  • Coordination and effective execution of feasible EPD & NPD launches internally and with external Customers.
  • Facilitate a matrix relationship between the business and customer cross functionally and at the most appropriate senior levels.
  • Professionally and effectively deal with the business challenges and requirements of our customers.
  • Report potential risks to budget achievement, propose effective action plans to recover and deliver the Commercial Budget.
  • Ensure clear, concise and relevant communication at all levels both internally & externally.
  • To write, propose and justify EYE forecasts and budgets for accounts represented.
  • Ensure customers have 100% confidence and knowledge of all quality accreditations and selling points of the business and brands.

Skills & Experience:

  • An adaptable presentation style that reveals engaging ideas and recommendations with authority.
  • High competency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding and ability to present quantitative and qualitative insights to deliver maximum performance.
  • Experience of marketing, category and sales.
