Launch of Florette in Denmark


Florette, from Agrial cooperative and Lammefjords Grønt belonging to the Danish cooperative DLG, are proud to announce the launch of their Food Service department in Denmark on September 14th.

The joint venture, called Florette Lammefjorden combines know-how from the French agricultural tradition with the established position Lammefjorden Grønt on vegetables nearby.

The ambition is to produce a wide range of high quality salads to professional catering and meeting this demand throughout the year. Indeed, quality is a crucial criterion for the actors of BtoB, and represent the founding pillar of cooperation between the 2 groups.

The brand signature, Frisk Fransk Feelgood, means "add a French touch of freshness to your menu." It celebrates the love of French gastronomy, while bringing practical benefits of a ready for use salad.

It is precisely here that lies the strength of Florette: a fresh and qualitative salad ready to use immediately to encourage innovation and fully express their creativity, "says Anne Borghegn, commercial director of Florette Lammefjorden.

Florette Lammefjorden build its reputation and positioning in Denmark with a Food Service target in September 2015, before launching the Danish consumer offer next Spring 2016.
